Bike Rodeo Thank You

Huge shout-out to everyone involved in the bike rodeo on Saturday. The rain didn’t dampen our spirits at all, and we had quite a few families come out to get their bikes checked and learn a few things about bike safety. Watching the kids ride around the parking lot in the rain with huge smiles on their faces was a wonderful sight.

Special thanks to Callie from St. John’s Church for organizing the volunteers and preparing all the materials. Big thanks also to Sandy at Sew Many Threads for donating cinch bags for the kids. And many, many thanks to the volunteers who came out in the rain and helped make the day a success despite the weather.

Finally, thank you to the families that came out to see what this bike rodeo is all about, made sure the kids have safe bikes, and got a little “fun-struction” on riding safely.
